    • General and complex payroll data maintenance including, but not limited to new starters, terminations, work patterns, pre-and post-deductions, salary packaging, superannuation and complex calculations.
    • End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly client pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practice.


    • Post-pay processing including end of month reconciliations and a general ledger.
    • Interpretation of relevant awards and industrial Agreements associated with allocated clients.
    • Stakeholder management – engaging with clients for feedback on service satisfaction.
    • Checking and reviewing other team members’ work.


    • Mentoring and supporting payroll officers in the processing of relevant payrolls.
    • Ensuring that payroll is processed in compliance with all relevant state and federal legislation.
    • Working to a strong customer service-centric culture and creating mechanisms to ensure seamless communication across payroll solutions.
    • Contributing to process improvement initiatives with the payroll function.



    Payroll Training

    • Training entails payroll knowledge, income tax as per the latest rules and regulations, key terminologies, payment cycles, payroll obligations and requirements

    The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency. Their role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. NDIS provides lifelong support to individuals who meet the criteria. Support is based on a plan that includes support requirements, goals and aspirations.

    The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is the organization that administers the NDIS. They are appointed by the federal government and funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS).

    NDIA manages all NDIS money management and can provide information about how the NDIS works, whether you or your caregivers are eligible, and how you can get involved.

    If you qualify for the NDIS, you receive annual funding to purchase services, aids, and equipment that are assessed as needs from selected service providers/providers of your choice. Like Sasa care. After this, Your local planner or coordinator will provide you with an access code for myGov, where you can access your NDIS plan through the NDIS Participant Portal. You can also view your budget, service reservations, and other NDIS related information here.
