Sasa Care have been providing services for NDIS Participants, process of becoming an NDIS registered and provide a range of services to NDIS clients to support them to reach their goals and build their capacity. SASA Care was created to support people on the NDIS to support choice and control and ensure their independence is always upheld. Ensuring that all people with a disability have their needs met, goals reached and providing a quality service to all persons.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years experience.
  • Current registration as a Register Nurse Div 1 with AHPRA.
  • Current Police Clearance. 
  • An understanding of the Aged Care framework and its application.
  • Demonstrated case management experience within a consumer led market.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, flexible, patient and ability to relate well to all levels of society that SASA Care interacts with.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Tasks & responsibilities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation notes, assessments and care plans.
  • Provision of consistently high-quality care to residents.
  • Being responsive to the needs of residents, families, advocates and other staff.
  • Observe, report and document all resident changes in need requirements.
  • Delivery of medication to residents following policy and procedure.
  • Assisting to oversee that specialised nursing needs are met and documented within the facility.
